The fully hydraulic core drilling rig is a novel model developed by our company, drawing upon the advanced technologies of similar rigs both domestically and internationally. Primarily suited for drilling solid mineral deposits, it is also versatile enough for engineering geology, shallow oil and gas exploration, groundwater drilling, as well as engineering drilling tasks such as tunnel ventilation, drainage, and dam grouting. The rig operates entirely on hydraulic power, with the power head's rotation facilitated by an axial piston pump and a slant-axis piston motor. It boasts two mechanical speeds complemented by stepless speed adjustment, showcasing its cutting-edge design. The power head incorporates a double-speed feeding mechanism utilizing an oil cylinder chain, ensuring smooth and reliable movement. Additionally, it features a lateral translation mechanism for the power head. The mast, when raised or lowered via an oil cylinder, can slide entirely, enabling drilling within a 45-90° angle range. The hydraulic system employs load-sensitive control, delivering high operational efficiency and substantial torque. The rig is outfitted with hydraulic horse clamps, hydraulic leveling support legs, an extendable mast, and other accessories, facilitating swift positioning. Furthermore, wireless remote control tracks are configured, adapting to diverse terrains and enabling safe distance control of the rig's movement, thus preventing unexpected hazards.
