JY series full hydraulic core drill is a new type of drill developed by Mengyin Wanhai Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. on the basis of learning from the advanced technology of similar drilling RIGS at home and abroad. It is mainly applicable to the drilling of solid deposits, can also be used for engineering geology, shallow oil, natural gas, groundwater drilling, and can also be used for tunnel ventilation, drainage and dam grouting and other engineering drilling. The drill adopts full hydraulic drive, and the power head rotation is driven by axial piston pump and inclined shaft piston motor. The mechanical two gears plus stepless speed regulation have advanced structure. The power head adopts the cylinder chain double speed feeding mechanism, the movement is stable and reliable, with the power head side translation mechanism, the mast adopts the cylinder take-off and fall can be integrated slip, and can be drilled in the range of 0-90°.The hydraulic system adopts load sensitive control, high working efficiency and large torque. The rig is equipped with hydraulic horse gripper, hydraulic leveling leg, retractable mast and other devices to facilitate quick positioning of the rig. Equipped with wireless remote control track, suitable for a variety of terrain, in a safe distance to control the rig crawling, to prevent sudden danger.

 

Power Section

Adopting Weichai turbocharged engine, axial piston pump + triplex gear pump driven by full wave pressure, the hydraulic system adopts load-sensitive control, high pressure and strong power output.

Power Head Section

The power head adopts mechanical two-stage infinitely variable speed regulation design, low-speed torque multiplication, smooth and reliable drilling, the power head with lateral translation mechanism, easy to lift and put the drilling tools. Equipped with inclined shaft plunger motor, it has the features of compact structure, small volume, high power, impact resistance, long service life, high torque, which greatly improves the drilling efficiency. The mast is foldable and has the function of sliding to touch the ground.
