3. What is the delivery cycle?
1) For items in stock, we ensure delivery within 7 days.
2) Under standard production schedules, delivery is guaranteed within 15-20 days.
3) For customized orders, the delivery period extends to 25-30 days.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We require a 30% deposit via T/T and the remaining 70% before delivery. Prior to settling the balance, we will provide you with photos of the products and their packaging.
